BRIEF: The site was immediately below what was called One Tree Hill Lookout
The client wanted to maximise the views from every room in the house toward the ocean passage between the adjacent islands. The central living area needed to open out onto the outdoor living creating a larger combined living area overlooking a pool with an infinity edge.
