BRIEF: Designed to meet Internal layout requirements of known tenants, the external aesthetics focused on clients interest to incorporate green walls, including material selection suitable for the proximity to the beach environment with low maintenance, and the councils restrictions on a commercial building at the entrance to a residential enclave.
